This document sets forth the Information and Data Policy (“Policy”) for LAMPS Media and its affiliate The Reboot Show.

Clients and or sponsors affiliated with content made available will be identifiable by a logo placement and or an explicit statement. Personally identifiable information and or data you share with us in response to and or to access content affiliated with a client or sponsor will be shared with the respective client(s) and or sponsor(s) and you consent to the sharing of your personally identifiable information and or data accordingly.

LAMPS takes reasonable actions to ensure that clients and sponsors are bound by confidentiality, security and privacy obligations to protect your personally identifiable information and or data; however LAMPS can not ensure the confidentiality, security and or privacy of your personally identifiable information and or data on behalf of any such client or sponsor.

Any personally identifiable information and or data provided by you to us is used to provide you with the services, information, communication and or content that you request and or covenant to. By providing us with any personally identifiable information and or data you consent to receiving the relevant services, information, communication and or content.

Retention of information and data
LAMPS is required to retain select data and other information for certain periods of time to ensure compliance with different regulations, policies and laws. For example, LAMPS is required to retain data and other information that is of financial nature for a minimum of 7 years (s286 Corporations Act). For data and other information that is not of financial nature, LAMPS generally retains such data and information for a minimum of 2 years. LAMPS complies with a range of policy protocols pertaining to the retention and disposal of data and other information.

Disposal of information and data
If required by law, LAMPS can coordinate the absolute disposal and or destruction of information and or data that it has collected. LAMPS’ ability to coordinate the absolute disposal and or destruction of information and or data that it has collected may be limited by the requests it can lawfully make of certain service providers it works with for applications such as its SaaS CRM.

In the event of a breach
In the event of a breach LAMPS would be able to identify which information and or data it has collected that have been affected by the breach. LAMPS’ ability to identify information and or data affected may be subject to the impacts on certain service providers it works with.

LAMPS reserves the right to amend, update and change this Information and Data Policy at any time.
